Blogging from home . . .

Finally, we have our internet connection at home after almost two months since we bought our own PC. We got the bundle promo ( landline and internet ) of Digitel. We also considered SmartBro and Globe Broadband but we are not satisfied with the available speed that they offer so we considered PLST MYDSL but we don't have the PLDT lines available in our area. In short we don't have any other choice but Digitel. ha ha ha . . . So far, the connection is good and hopefully no downtimes!

It's my anniversary . . .

It's been a year already since I posted my very first blog. I lot of things have happened for the past year and most of them are accounted in this blog. Thanks for all the mommy bloggers who have inspired me to have my own blog. I used to visit other blogs and never thought that I'll have my own. I'm so happy that I get to share my experiences, good or bad, and I get to learn from the experiences of others as well. Blogging is not just an expression but it keeps me connected to friends in the past and friends whom I haven't seen yet as of this time. Thank you to all of you who keeps on visiting my site and I'm looking forward for another year as I journey into this wonderful life of mine and my family.

Zero PR . . .

I have no opportunities received this week either from Smorty and SR. I just checked my PR this morning and I was so disappointed that from PR3 I'm now a certified PR0. hu hu hu . . . Need to have my own domain already to have new opps again.

Web hosting

I have previously blogged that I'm thinking of getting my own domain as what most of my fellow mommy bloggers are doing. I have been so busy the past few weeks and I haven't really given it a serious thought of what can be a good domain name aside from nolespedido.com.

Just recently, another topic came up in one of my e-groups. It's a follow-up on the domain registration. Once you get your own domain you have to get a web host as well. So, what is web hosting? Basically, web hosting service is a type of internet hosting service that allows individuals or organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Technically, getting one's own domain would be useless without the web host. So, the search for the best web hosting service is now on! I am on the lookout for a cheap but reliable web host. Reliable means at least 99% up time. No down times please . . . If you have your web host already please share your personal experiences and recommendations when choosing a web host.

Blog Updates . . .

Can't resist to join the band wagon of paid bloggers. I'm so excited when my blog was approved by Smorty. There are a lot of opportunities available at the start of the week. Since I have quite a number of deadlines for the week I can't get my hands do to the tasks. I tried one this afternoon since it will expire already but I can't submit my post. Initially my anchor text was wrong. It's supposed to be payday loans - with an "s". Mine was without the "s". When I figured it out I thought my post will be submitted already. Again, there was an error! The error says "it's not the approved URL" or "it's not the URL blog that was approved". I can't remember exactly the words. Anyway, I hope fellow bloggers can help me out and start earning from blogging.

Welcome 2008! ! !

2007 was a good year to me and my family. I'd like to thank all the people who were part of our 2007 who in one way or the other have played an important role in our success and happiness. I am looking forward of being with you, working with you, blogging with you more on 2008. . .

To all those who continuously visit my site, I really appreciate it a lot. Hope to meet some of you in person this year. I am really happy that I'm gaining new friends because of this.

New found friends . . .

With barely a week after my first post, I have found quite a handful of friends through this blog. Honestly, I'm enjoying it and I could say that it's addicting! Even though most of these friends are the same people from one of my e-groups, I find this one more personal since I could already associate the name with faces. I get to know more about them and their families especially their kids. I also get to learn a lot from their experiences and hopefully they could learn from my experiences as well.

I also get excited to open my blog and see if there are new messages in the chat box or comments from my posts. Thanks to all of you who have visited my site. It's inspiring to blog more and more.
