I'm back !

I was out of the blogging world for a few days. I was sick since Friday afternoon so I spent my birthday just at home. We were supposed to eat out but we just decided to have a simple get together last Sunday afternoon because I'll be going to the hospital afterwards and we don't know yet if I'll be admitted or not. So, better have a simple celebration than not to have one. No picture taking for my birthday cause I didn't have a decent bath for the last two days. he he he. .

Zero PR . . .

I have no opportunities received this week either from Smorty and SR. I just checked my PR this morning and I was so disappointed that from PR3 I'm now a certified PR0. hu hu hu . . . Need to have my own domain already to have new opps again.

Dulce's Invites . . .

Birthday Month . . .

It's less than a week and it's my 32nd birthday already! No definite plans as of the moment but I have already filed my vacation leave for that special day of mine. Nothing special on my mind. Most probably the whole family will just eat out and the kids will play afterwards. I'm just excited because Kaila was asking me the other day what gift would I want. I just told her that I want her and JM to sing to me the birthday song together so they should start practicing by now. They would always sing it but only the last line already.

So, what could be hubby's gift to me? Will it be a perfume, a bag, shoes or flowers? Flowers? I don't recall any of my past birthdays that hubby gave me a bouquet of flowers. It will always be on Valentine's Day only. I was not able to blog about this one last Valentine's day. Hubby sent me a bouquet of white roses in the office during Valentine's day. That's what he usually does for the past several years. Hubby asked me if I liked the flowers he gave me. Honestly, I don't and I had the guts to tell it to him upfront. It's not the usual type of bouquet that he gives me. I think he just ordered the flowers via phone so he was not able to see it. The next day, hubby called the flowershop and complained. The flower shop was apologetic to hubby.

On a Monday, following that week, the receptionist told me that I have a bouquet of flowers in the lobby. Huh? Flowers again? My officemates were teasing me if hubby and I fought or it might be from somebody else. I went to the lobby and saw the beautiful flower arrangement. It was not white roses though but I liked it better than the flowers he gave me on Valentine's day.

So, I told hubby the next time he would give flowers he should just buy flowers on an online florist so he could see it more or less already.

Late Night Work on a Friday . . .

I just got back from our Finance outing in Canyon Cove in Batangas. And guess where I am? I'm right here in my office desk and trying my best to convince myself to work. I have endless tasks that needs to be done today. I'm not yet sure if I'll be on leave on Monday. It will depend on the outcome of our school visit tomorrow. Enrolling Kaila for summer is indefinite at the moment. I'll just post an update next week.

Hay, I'm so tired and sleepy already. I can already feel the muscle pain in my arms and legs from swimming most of the time during our outing. I'll post the pictures next week. I forgot to bring the keys for my drawer so I don't have the USB cable to download the pictures already.

I hope I can finish all my deadlines tonight so that whatever decision we'll have over the weekend I can go on a leave anytime on Monday.

Kaila . . . the school girl

Kaila's going to summer school! I'm so excited! I just called up St. John's Wort Montesorri to inquire about the requirements for Kaila's enrolment this June. Of course the teacher gave me the usual list and to top it all is the EVALUATION TEST. So, I got apprehensive about it. What is it? Will Kaila pass the exam? The teacher just told me that it's just an assessment of the student so that's they'll know what the child already knows and what needs should be addressed. I asked if there's a possibility of failure for the evaluation test. According to her, none fails in the evaluation test. So, I got relieved already!

Then I asked for the fees and we're ok with it. Then, I asked for the things needed for school like bags, notebooks and others stuffs. I want to go shopping already! According to them, it will be provided already. The fee that we'll pay is already inclusive of all those things. Hay, no more pink bags, no hello kitty notebooks, no pretty colored pencils and other kikay school stuffs. Anyway, let's just see comes the start of the school. If other kids will be using their own stuffs then I'll have Kaila her own stuffs as well.

I asked if there's an on-going summer class for incoming enrolees. It will start on April 14, Monday. So, I inquired further and got interested. The program is just a 3 hour a day, 10 sessions, which covers Math, Reading and English. This will be a good preparation for Kaila prior to the actual school opening in June. I texted Philip immediately and gave me the go signal to enrol Kaila for the summer class. We are both excited for the little girl. We just need to squeeze it in our schedule this Thursday or Friday to drop by the school.

Ate Kaila doesn't know it yet. I'm sure she'll get excited too! I wonder how JM will do without Ate during most of the day? I need to find an activity for JM as well. What could it be?
